Why specify StressPly Flex SA?

Worker applying white and black flexible tape to wooden surface

Flame-Free installation

Self-adhesive application removes the need for torching during membrane installation, reducing fire risk on sensitive projects.

Worker in blue jacket applying black roofing membrane to asphalt surface

Suitable for live envrionments

Installation can be carried out where hot works restrictions apply, helping maintain normal building operations during refurbishment.

StressPly Flex SA

Mineral Cap Sheet

Self adhesive cap sheet containing SBS rubber compound for maximum durability and waterproofing performance. The mineral slate finish provides UV protection and weather resistance, available in charcoal and brown finishes. Self adhesive lap technology allows sealing without naked flame, while maintaining the same robust protection as torch-on systems. Ideal for installation over heat-sensitive insulation and combustible deck materials.

SA Dual Release Base Sheet

Self-Adhesive Underlayment

High-performance underlayment featuring polyester reinforcement and SBS modifiers providing excellent tear and puncture resistance while allowing roof structure flexibility. Designed with self adhesive upper and lower surfaces for completely flame-free application, eliminating risks associated with hot air or torch installation on sensitive substrates. The reinforced construction ensures long-term system integrity across demanding refurbishment and new build applications.

SA Flex Vapour Barrier

Air and Vapour Control Layer (AVCL)

SBS modified metal-lined vapour control layer designed for self-adhesive applications, eliminating flame requirements at every layer of the system. This high-performance membrane prevents water vapour infiltration that leads to condensation damage and insulation performance loss. The metal-lined construction provides vapour resistance while self-adhesive technology ensures safe installation without compromising protection or system integrity.
