R-MER CLAD is a trapezoidal metal cladding system engineered for speed and versatility across industrial, commercial, and residential projects, delivering watertight protection in single skin or twin skin insulated configurations.
With rapid installation in both refurbishment and new build applications. Available in comprehensive colour ranges with horizontal or vertical orientation for complete design flexibility.
Material specification
Roll-formed galvanised steel · EN 10346 · gauge 1.00–3.00mm.
Coating options
Plastisol 200µm (EN 13523-1, wear-resistant finish) or Ultra 55µm (UV resistance category RUV4, guaranteed minimum corrosion resistance).
Fire performance
Reaction-to-fire C-s2,d0 (HPS / Plastisol) or A2-s1,d0 (all other coatings).
