4.6mm bituminous slate finished cap sheet providing longitudinal and tensile strength of 1000N/50mm. The mineral slate finish offers UV protection and weather resistance, with charcoal and brown colour options to suit building aesthetics. Torch Flex Ultra-Vent
Reinforced Underlayment
Torch-on base sheet utilising adhesive strips on the underside to allow trapped vapour dispersion throughout the roof system. This ventilation technology prevents membrane blistering and ensures long-term system integrity. Embedded reinforcement provides the strength foundation for the complete build-up, suitable for both warm and cold roof specifications.
Torch Flex Vapour Barrier
Air and Vapour Control Layer (AVCL)
SBS modified metal-lined vapour control layer for torch-on applications, preventing water vapour from entering the waterproofing system. This membrane stops the formation of condensation that can cause structural damage and insulation performance loss. Essential for maintaining the thermal efficiency and longevity of the complete roof build-up.
